How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders placed before 1PM (AEST) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1PM will be sent the next business day. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at support@moveattire.com.au. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation.
Do you offer international shipping?
Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
How do I return an item?
Please email support@moveattire.com.au with your order number to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return has been approved. Your bank may take additional time to finalise the transaction.
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like a different size or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some styles may be restocked. Follow us or subscribe to updates to stay informed about restocks and new releases.
