RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (not store credit)
Refunds are processed within 10 business days
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
