At Move Attire, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (AEST) on business days are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes
We ship via Australia Post and offer the following options:

Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days (depending on your location)

  • Regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

Express Shipping (Australia Post Express Post)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Express Post aims for next business day delivery within the Express Post network, however this is not guaranteed

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delays & Delivery Issues
While we do our best to meet all delivery timeframes, please note that delays may occur due to Australia Post, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances. Move Attire is not responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
